Glenaeon educates up to 500 students from Preschool to Year 12 across three campuses at Castlecrag, Middle Cove and Willoughby on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. We foster professional growth and provide experienced mentoring for our teaching staff in a collaborative environment.
We seek a Kindergarten teacher able to deliver a Steiner Early Childhood program in our ‘Little Kindergarten’ at Castlecrag Campus. This program educates children who are four years of age, turning five in the first half of the year, ready for their entry into full-time Kindergarten in the year they turn six. This a fixed term contract for a parental leave cover, working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), commencing at the beginning of Term 2, 2024 through to the end of 2025.
If your expertise and passion is in early childhood and you have appropriate Steiner qualifications, then we would like to hear from you. You will also need to have appropriate NESA accreditation to teach in NSW.
Salary will be in accordance with experience and classification under the Independent Schools NSW Teachers (Hybrid Model) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2017. The successful candidate must also provide a Working With Children Clearance prior to commencing.
